What we collect
When you join the FHERB launch list, we collect the email address you submit. We may also collect basic technical and marketing-attribution information, including the referring page, browser user agent, and UTM campaign values associated with your signup. We do not collect your IP address in our signup database.
How we use information
We use this information for launch announcements, early product updates, signup-list management, basic campaign analysis, and abuse prevention. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Service providers
Information is processed and stored with service providers that help operate this site, including Vercel for website hosting and Neon for database services. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
We may retain signup information while the launch list remains active or as reasonably needed for business and legal purposes. We use reasonable measures intended to protect this information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from future launch emails using the unsubscribe option included in those messages. You may also ask a privacy question or request help with your signup by emailing hello@fherbwater.com.

We may update this policy as the website and business develop. When we do, we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
